The romantic restaurant in the surroundings of Lucca at Tenuta San Pietro is in the expert hands of Chef Guido Lotti, offering hotel guests a typically Mediterranean taste exclusively based on fresh foods.

Born in Borgo a Mozzano, not far from the province capital, and after the diploma at the hotel school in Barga, he took part in several internships in Tuscan restaurants. His experience at the Forte Village in Sardinia, Asia and Europe enabled him to acquire technical knowledge of diverse culinary styles and cultures.

One of the peculiarities of his creations is the genuineness of the products he employs, carefully selected by him in the markets or in the hotel garden, planted with zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes and aromatic herbs. The resulting menu can then count on absolute freshness and flavour, and respects vegetable seasonality. All proposals can nonetheless benefit from fresh pasta made daily by him and his staff.
